Sell your parts stock to trade and export buyers

You hold genuine, OEM or premium aftermarket stock. Our buyers send parts lists every week: motor factors, workshops, fleets and importers across Europe and export markets. Share your stock and trade prices once, keep the parts where they are, and every matching line is quoted to them under our name.

No fees. You ship, we pay. Buyers never see your name. We check new suppliers, usually within one working day.

Send the file you already have

No template to fill in. Whatever your stock system exports, we read it, map the columns and check each line against maker and OE part numbers.

Any layout, any column names, any language. We map your columns once. The next file with the same headers is read on its own, and we check what changed since the last one before it goes live.

Three ways to connect your stock

Start with a spreadsheet. Move to a scheduled email or an API once the lines are selling.

RouteHow it worksWho does the work
SpreadsheetUpload an xlsx, xls or csv on the portal, or email it to us. Your own layout is fine, and so is an eBay or Amazon inventory export. Send a new file whenever your stock or prices move. You send it
Scheduled emailSet your stock system to email its export every day or every week from the address on your account. Files are picked up within minutes and checked against the last one.Runs on its own
API or feedIf your system has an API or produces a stock feed, give us access. We write the connector and pull your stock and prices on a schedule. We build it

How it works

  1. Open an account

Tell us what you hold and where it is. We check new suppliers, usually within one working day.

  2. Share your stock

File, scheduled email or API. We map your columns once and match every line to the catalogue.

  3. We confirm before we sell

When a buyer's list hits your lines, we confirm price and quantity with you before the order is placed.

  4. You ship, we pay

You send the confirmed lines where we tell you. We invoice the buyer and pay you on agreed terms.

What to put in your file

Two columns are enough to start. The more you add, the more of your lines we can match to buyers' lists.

Your price, paid as quoted

You quote your trade price. If a line sells, that is the price you are paid. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no deduction from your price. We sell to the buyer under our own name and at our own price.

Put a minimum order quantity in your file where a line only sells in packs or boxes.

Paid after delivery

Payment terms are agreed in writing before your first order. We tell you where to ship each confirmed order, and you deal with one customer: us. No card fees and no returns from end users.

Who this suits

Motor factors and distributors with slow lines, dealers with surplus genuine stock, online sellers with a warehouse, and manufacturers with a price file. Stock held in the UK or Europe, trade prices rather than retail, and a VAT registration.

What we don't list

Airbags and seat belt pretensioners, batteries, used or reconditioned parts, and anything you cannot show is genuine or from the named maker.

Questions suppliers ask

Does it cost anything to list?

No. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no setup charge. You are paid your trade price for the lines that sell.

Will buyers see my company name?

No. Buyers order from Sparesdock and we invoice them under our own name. Your company name is never shown to them.

Can I keep selling the same stock elsewhere?

Yes. Nothing is exclusive. Keep your eBay, Amazon and counter sales running. We confirm quantity and price with you before any order is placed.

How often should I update my stock?

Weekly at least. Daily is better for fast moving lines. A scheduled email from your stock system means you never have to think about it.

What file formats do you take?

Excel (xlsx, xls) and csv, in your own layout and column names. Part number and trade price are the two columns we cannot work without.

Can you connect to our system by API?

Yes. If your system has an API or a stock feed, we write the connector on our side and pull on a schedule. Tell us what your system is when you sign up.

Do you buy whole lots of surplus stock?

Sometimes. If you are clearing a line, a branch or a business, tell us what the lot is. We look at outright purchases one at a time and make no promise in advance.

When and how am I paid?

After delivery, on payment terms agreed in writing before your first order. We tell you where to ship each confirmed order.

Put your stock in front of trade buyers

Create your account on the Sparesdock trade portal. Once we have checked it, your catalogue upload opens.
